Majida Abdul-Karim,
CEO & FOUNDER
Majida has dedicated over thirty years to the field of education, with twenty-two years in educational leadership.
Her extensive career includes roles as a teacher, instructional coordinator, new teacher mentor, leadership coach, assistant principal, principal, school quality reviewer both nationally and internationally, school board member, and executive director of an educational nonprofit.
We equip new leaders with the skills they need to transform K-12 education inclusive of organizations, districts, schools, and nonprofits.
