Connecting 2 Impact began in 2020 as a solution to the challenges faced by new school leaders in executing effective instructional leadership practices during a global pandemic.

The difficulties of capacity, confidence, and resources were exacerbated, and we stepped in to provide the necessary support. From our inception, we have focused on delivering cutting-edge instructional management systems and sustainable school improvement strategies.
